About the Program

The EmpowerHER Scholarship is designed to help women who have completed Class 12, a diploma, or a degree, and are interested in tech fields. The program offers a 5-month course that covers specializations in:

Web Engineering
Front-End Development
Business Analysis

The course is conducted entirely online, with live sessions from 11 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. After completing the course, participants are eligible for a three-month paid internship, subject to terms and conditions.

Masai School provides this program, focusing on equipping students with in-demand skills for successful careers. KSIF and AVPN support the program to ensure it meets high standards of social impact and innovation.

Eligibility

To apply for the EmpowerHER Scholarship, you must:

Be an Indian female aged 18 to 30 years.
Have completed Class 12, a diploma, or a degree in any field (e.g., BBA, BA, BTech, B.Com., B.Sc.).
Have basic English proficiency.
Own a laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 10 Mbps recommended).

Priority will be given to candidates from rural areas, economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Note: Passing the Masai School Admissions Test (MSAT) is required for enrollment.
