About The Program

The Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship is a prestigious initiative by Rolls-Royce India Pvt. Ltd. aimed at empowering and supporting female students pursuing engineering degrees. This scholarship provides financial aid to deserving female students enrolled in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of undergraduate engineering programs at AICTE-recognized institutions in India.

Selected students will receive INR 35,000 to cover their academic expenses, along with mentorship opportunities from leading professionals at Rolls-Royce India, enhancing their educational journey.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Rolls-Royce Wings4Her Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Enrollment: Female students enrolled in the 1st/2nd/3rd year of an engineering degree program (fields like aerospace, marine, electronics, computers, etc.) at AICTE-recognized institutions.
• Academic Performance: Must have scored more than 60% in Class 10 and 12 board exams.
• Family Income: Annual family income must not exceed INR 4 lakh per annum.
• Geographic Eligibility: Open to students across India.

Note:

• Preference will be given to individuals from special categories such as those with physical disabilities, single parents, and orphans.
• Girls who have been part of Wings4Her (formerly known as the Unnati project) and are now pursuing their engineering degrees are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
• Applications are also open for female scholars who previously received the Rolls-Royce Unnati Scholarship for Women Engineering Students 2023-24 and are currently in their 4th year of an engineering degree program.

Scholarship Benefits

• Financial Support: Selected scholars will receive INR 35,000 for the academic year.
• Mentorship Opportunities: Scholars will also benefit from one-to-one and one-to-many mentorship sessions and webinars/workshops led by industry experts at Rolls-Royce India.

• Staying Motivated
• Positive Psychology
• Skill Enhancement (English communication, CV writing, interview)
• Personality Development

Required Documents

To apply, ensure you have the following documents ready:

• Passport-size photograph
• Aadhaar card
• Proof of current academic year admission [AY 2024-25 (college ID card/admission fee receipt, bonafide certificate, etc.)]
• Self-attested copies of Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Previous academic year marksheet (2023-24)
• Bank account details (cancelled cheque/passbook copy)
• Family income proof (one of the following):
  • Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Councillor/Sarpanch
  • Income proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
  • Salary slip
• Additional documents (if applicable):
  • Disability certificate
  • Death certificate of a parent (for single-parent/orphan candidates)
  • Photographs of the house

5. Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin.
6. Fill in all the required details in the online application form.
7. Upload the relevant documents.
8. Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’.
9. If all details are correct on the preview screen, click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application.
