The scholarship helps cover your academic expenses like tuition fees, books, stationary, and travel.
In addition to financial support, selected scholars will also receive mentorship sessions on soft skills by employees of KSB Care Charitable Trust, helping you develop important skills needed for a successful career.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the KSB Scholarship and Mentorship Program 2024-25, you need to meet the following eligibility requirements:
Who can apply?
- Female students in the first year of a diploma in engineering or polytechnic course.
- Students must be studying or have a domicile in Pune, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Satara, Coimbatore, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Jalgaon, Osmanabad, Nandurbar, Raigad, Sindhudurg, or Kolhapur.
- Students who have secured more than 60% marks in their previous academic classes.
Family Income
- The applicant's family income from all sources should be less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
Special Preference
- Preference is given to the children of plumbers.
Exclusions
- Children of employees of KSB Limited and Buddy4Study are not eligible.
Scholarship Benefits
- A scholarship of INR 25,000 is provided to support academic expenses like tuition fees, books, stationery, and travel costs.
- Mentorship sessions on soft skills will be offered by KSB Care Charitable Trust employees, helping students gain essential skills for personal and professional development.
